The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Some items might take longer than normal, especially for pre-orders and new products For more details, please check each item individually. We'll always do our best to give you the most precise and estimated shipping times.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please feel free to contact us if you need an item before this time frame.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Responsibility
Please understand that We are not responsible for what happens with your package after items are shipped. We cannot change the shipping address you've given us after an order has already been shipped. Neither we can't contact your country's postal service for you. Once send off there is nothing we can do, except wait like you and hope the postal services will do their jobs.

If your package doesn't get to you for some reason, and we gave you a tracking number, please wait until it returns back to us, if you wish for use to resend it. It can take several weeks, months in some countries, for that to happen. Please kindly understand that we will not offer to resend your order for free, nor will we be held responsible if your order does not arrive using a non tracking option.
